Our language trip to Sardinia was highlighted by the tours lead by Alessandro, Lorenzo, Barbara and Christina. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, but we left with four new friends. Their warmth and kindness touched us all. You will not be disappointed!

We had the most wonderful day in Sardinia! Alessandro was waiting for us in the port and picked the 14 of us (all family members) up right on time. It was a bit hot that day so we stayed mostly on the bus to see the sites before traveling to the country to visit an olive grove and olive oil mill. The visit was terrific. Sitting at a lovely outside pic nic table among 1000 year old olive trees and donkeys we had a feast and ate with the owners of the mill. The food was fantastic – a roasted pig! Home made pasta, sauce and wine! Fresh fruits and vegetables, sausage, bread, cheese and Italian cookies!! More than we could every imagine. Then we went for our wine tasting and had an excellent experience there as well. We purchased quite a bit of olive oil and wine, did a bit more touring and Alessandro had us back to port right on time. It was the perfect day!!!
